Roles & Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Experience in working with customers to understand their
requirements and document them in the form of Business Requirements and then
expand them to Functional Requirements. - Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and workflows to
identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation. - Solution Design: Work closely with the project team to design and propose IT
solutions that align with business goals. Create functional specifications, user stories,
and system diagrams. - Documentation: Experience in preparing clear and concise documentation of
business requirements, process maps, and solution designs. Maintain
documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including BRD, FSD, User
stories/Acceptance criteria’s and training manuals. - Data Analysis: Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform
business decisions. Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists as needed. - Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and
the technical team. Ensure effective communication and understanding of
requirements. - Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and ensure that
the delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and quality standards. - Able to conduct UAT.
- Change Management: Assist in change management activities, including training,
communication plans, and user adoption strategies. - Project Management: Support project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting
on project progress. Help to identify and mitigate project risks. - Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and
emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and
innovation. - SDLC/Agile: Good Understanding of SDLC to ensure requirements are effectively
integrated in the development and testing phases. - Able to work within an Agile framework, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. Collaborate closely with development teams and adapt to changing project priorities.
- Good experience with JIRA or other similar Project management tools
- Create and maintain product backlog by organizing the features as Epic, User stories,
Tasks etc., Creating detailed User stories with functional requirement along with
inputs from customer and engineering team. Define the Acceptance criteria. - Technology: Must be familiar with technology at a high level to enable
understanding of technology/tech stacks issues related to software development.
Domain Expertise: Warehouse management system (Good to have)
