Guru brings over two and a half decades of rich experience in digital technology, business transformation, digital engineering, and intelligent automation. His extensive background encompasses consulting, business development, and delivery, establishing him as a respected leader in the technology sector.

Prior to joining Impiger, Guru served as the Intelligent Automation NA Lead at Capgemini, where he spearheaded strategic growth initiatives and delivered cutting-edge solutions in areas such as RPA, AI, process mining, and data digitization. He also played a pivotal role in leading the Enterprise Intelligent Automation practice at Highmark Health. His 18-year tenure at Cognizant Technology Solutions saw him manage key accounts and lead practices within the insurance and healthcare sectors.

Outside of his professional life, Guru is passionate about golf, travel, and reading, and values spending quality time with his wife and two sons.
