Digital Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Branding: Develop and implement both internal and external branding strategies to elevate our brand presence and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality services that align with our brand standards.
  3. Growth Hacking and Marketing: Drive growth through innovative strategies, leveraging growth hacking techniques and growth marketing initiatives to expand our reach and customer base.
  4. Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to equip them with the necessary tools, resources, and collateral to effectively drive sales and meet targets.
  5. Content Creation: Utilize your exceptional content writing skills to develop engaging and compelling content across various channels, catering to different target audiences.
  6. Product Marketing: Lead product marketing activities and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to ensure targeted marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
  7. Content Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute content marketing strategies, conducting research to understand prospect behavior and optimize campaign performance accordingly.
  8. Team Management: Manage a team of content writers and graphic designers, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality output.
  9. B2B Expertise: Demonstrate proven work experience in the B2B IT industry, understanding its nuances and effectively tailoring marketing strategies to address industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  10. Digital Marketing: Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising, to drive traffic and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with a track record of identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that effectively engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, particularly within the IT industry, with a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
